COLUMBUS, OHIO – Sessley Building Services (SBS) has expanded its senior leadership in support of its continued growth as a full-service general contractor in central Ohio’s commercial construction market. Brad Bloomberg has joined SBS as president to oversee operations. He brings 19 years of construction management and team leadership experience. Adding Bloomberg’s expertise enables SBS CEO Robert Sessley Jr. to concentrate on the firm’s business strategy and development, as well as client relations.

Bloomberg already had a deep working relationship with SBS, due to the firm’s affiliation with Miles-McClellan Construction. Miles-McClellan is an investor with 49% stake ownership in SBS. Bloomberg was most recently a vice president with Miles-McClellan Construction, where he frequently collaborated with Sessley’s team.
“Brad brings deep operational experience and a highly-valued ability to coach people. He builds on strengths, improves weaknesses, and creates real team unity. He also serves as a trusted bridge between SBS and Miles-McClellan—aligning objectives, integrating processes, and blending the best of both organizations into how we deliver work,” said SBS CEO Robert Sessley Jr.
SBS plans, manages, and executes a wide variety of projects from data centers to churches to state-owned facilities. SBS is building toward its vision of becoming the premier diverse, small, local GC partner in Central Ohio—and these leadership and team investments mark clear progress toward that goal.
These SBS team members were also recently promoted:
- Justin Grimm to Senior Project Manager
- Chris Hinkle to Superintendent
- Winston Milton to Assistant Project Manager
- Brendan Mormon to Assistant Project Manager
Rooted in a Central Ohio construction legacy dating to 1977 through Sessley Construction, and strengthened through SBS’s partnership platform with Miles-McClellan since 2020, SBS serves institutional, corporate, and private clients with integrity and diligence.
